F.R.I.E.N.D.S
I was thinking about friendship lately. Those friendships that Jay and Veeru had, Joey and Chandler had, Lee and Elle had.
Those friendships that we have with somebody since childhood and grew stronger and stronger as each day passed. No matter how many ups and downs you had to face. You are always there for each other through thick and thin. Just like Golden trio's journey from "There are some things you cannot share without liking each other, and knocking twelve-foot mountain troll is one of them" to " He must have known I'd want to leave, "No, he must have known you would always want to come back."
Those friendships that didn't start quite well but ended just fine. Just like Rohan Nanda and Abhimanyu Singh (Student of the year.)
Those friendships that started with friendship and ended with love, like Ratz and Meow (Jaane Tu Ya Jaane Na.)
Those friendships which involve lots of fights and annoying behavior but still you cannot do without each other, much like Tom and Jerry or Lenard and Shelden (Big Bang Theory.)
Those relationships that we feel are better off as a friendship, akin to Kabir and Natasha (Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara.)
Those friendships that you make on a trip. ( Naina and Aditi from Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani.)
Those friendships that teach you life lessons. Same as ( Rancho, Farhan, and Raju.)
Those friendships with whom you plan your vacation. (Akash, Siddharth, and Sameer from Dil Chahta hai.)
Those friendships that act as matchmakers. Just as Aman and Naina (Kal Ho Na Ho.)
And then there are some friendships that may not involve 'Brother from another mother' slang but pure blood relations, they can be your cousins, siblings, parents, anyone. It can be just like Rory and Lorelai (Gilmore Girls.)
While some friendships need not have a human appearance at all, it can be your pet or someone else. On a par with Sabrina and Salem ( Chilling Adventures of Sabrina.)
It doesn't have to a bonding like the ones mentioned above; It can simply be "ME and YOU".
In the end, all you need is a Non-Judgemental Breakfast club. With 100% trust, craziness, laughter, scams, scandals, high tea, and gossip. Because after 50 years when you look back these are the people who will bring a big smile on your face.
XOXO
