Mental Health
We get ourselves a treatment for common flu or cold.
But what when it comes to mental health? According to studies and research, one person out of five suffers from mental illness. We remember visiting physicians, dentists, orthopedics, gynecologists frequently, or once a while but how many of us have ever visited a psychologist or psychiatrist? We also barely know the difference between psychologists and psychiatrists. Humans have a common tendency to be ignored unless it becomes problematic. There are many symptoms of mental illness and treatments. It's just a matter of accepting the fact and getting a cure. Because tough times never last but tough people do. Being depressed or stressed sometimes is completely fine. But it should not be a habit.
Today the complexity of problems, social existence, competition, and the fear of being unaccepted have added to the problem of mental illness. Mental health is an underserved illness globally. Firstly because it considered that as a person or a human there is something wrong and secondly mental health is considered to be a luxury. But in this process even luxury needs maintenance and it is okay to be not okay. Every human needs to understand that it is more important to have stable mental health. Every problem needs a solution while ignoring them may lead to another big problem.
