Mental is often misunderstood especially by those that do not suffer or have suffered from it . Relatively few people develop a mental illness. What’s the difference? 

A mental illness is a mental health condition that gets in a way of thinking, relating to others and day to day routine . Mental illness is an equal opportunity issue it affects young and old , male and female and individual of every race , ethnic background , educational level, income level . The good news is This often be treated . 

Some common symptoms includes -

1 feeling down for a while 

2 extreme mood swings 

3 withdrawing from family, friends 

4 low energy or sleeping problems 

5 often thinking about death or suicide 

6 often feeling angry, violent, or hostile 

   We should talk to those people who suffers from mental illness, without any judgements; compassion and understanding will help them get back to living mode they deserve to live longer every person is born talented in way or two , seek connections not validation.

Instead of appreciating them we  up sometimes this because we have grown in such a trauma society where they end up doing prolonged such domestic violence and abuse and this leads to be more complicated.

It might be your family member , or your friend for next time facing this , before it’s too late talk to them about old memories, share your smiles laughter be kind as much as you can they need you the most. 

Tell them not to give up someone is waiting who needs you and loves you ! 

It’s okay to be failed , but doesn’t means your progress wasn’t real . Don’t let dark episode shadow all those bright seasons of you , you’ve power to change your story !
