Memories

Memories' what a beautiful act of events for you to cherish. Everyone has memories, some are good some are sad, we still love to cherish them and wish we could go back to that time. Well, that's not possible but we can refresh our selves by talking and imagining our hearts still in that place. I love to imagine myself sleeping in my grandfather's lap like I used to when I was 5 years old. It makes me happy to pen down all such adorable times. It's a beautiful evening, the pale crescent moon shone like a silvery claw in the post evening sky. Children are playing in the garden with pretty smiles on their faces, Parents are looking after them and there I am on the swing and my Grandfather slowly pushing me while I'm on the swing. Those were the days, my childhood days, which my grandfather my dearest 'dada' made so special and memorable. I still remember the time when I just started to hold a pencil he used to clutch my hand and teach me to write. The bedtime stories my dada used to read for me have a different place in my heart and I still wish I could hear them again. From all of his desi remedies to wisdom teachings, he taught me life. His kindness to me was the seed from which many pleasant memories have since grown. I still remember the smile on his face ,the smile which I will never forget, when I won my first certificate. They say the bond between a grandparent and grandchildren is precious and dear. So was ours. It's a memory worth refreshing now, it will always be. Having good or bad memories sure teaches us to value the present, to enjoy what we have today and I'm Grateful to learn that. As maroon 5 said,

" Here's to the ones that we have got

Cheers to the wish you were here, but you're not

'Cause the drinks bring back all the memories

Of everything we've been through ".
