You can dance too!

Dancing is moving rhythmically to music, typically following a set sequence of steps.

- Google.

But according to me, Dance is a movement of the body while feeling the music.

While listening to a certain song, your body starts swaying right and left or your head moves back and forth like a pigeon or maybe your body moves upwards, downwards, or bounces, you also tap your feet or move your hand in a random direction. Sometimes you don't even realize that you are doing it, it naturally occurs just because you are enjoying the music, you are feeling the music.

If you do this, you can dance because you already know how to groove.

You might wonder, what is groove?

Groove is a continuous body movement when you hear Hip-Hop music, the way the beats make you move is what Hip-Hop grooves are all about.

If you play with your neck, i.e. move it back and forth or up and down, you can do isolations as well.

What is isolation you ask?

movements that involve only one part of the body while the other parts remain still.

Dancers most often isolate their heads, shoulders, hands, ribs, or hips.

There are many other terms in dancing but I'm explaining this because groves and isolations are things that people do very often without realizing it.

As I explained earlier if you do all these things you can dance as well, Let it be Ganpati dance or club dance, YOU CAN DANCE.

I am not saying that you are a dancer or a professional. But if you can do the above-mentioned stuff YOU CAN BECOME A DANCER TOO.

The journey will not be easy but trust me it will be a hell of a ride.

You can start by joining a dance class or learning basics through youtube. (If you ask me,  Virtual teaching won't benefit you as much as on-ground teaching.)

You have to practice daily.

Improve your knowledge about various dance styles and grooves.

FREESTYLE. It is important to take a break from daily routines and sequence and just play some songs and freestyle.

Teach others. When you teach you to learn more. ( Ensure that you pass the right information while teaching.)

Don't restrict yourself to one style only.
